Buying clothes online is potentially risky. You may not get what you thought you were getting, the garment may be the wrong size, or it just might not suit you. We understand this and want to take the pain out of buying online.
Before you place an order with us, give us a call or an email with your phone number to call you back. We will discuss your purchase to make sure you are buying the correct size and style for your body type. If, after this, you are not happy with the garment, ring us first to let us know, and we will give you a FULL REFUND on return on the cost of the garment. As we ship locally FREE of charge, the only (small) cost to you is the return post.
Returned garments must be returned unworn ( dry cleaning of a garment after wearing it is detectable) within two weeks. Please note we are a small company working in limited runs and cannot accept goods returned later than this time frame. Please also note that returns are not available on specials/ reduced/ sale items.
